During the warranty period, Cassida Middle East will repair or replace defective parts after inspection by our authorized service team.

Warranty Terms
Warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional faults under normal usage conditions. Warranty does not cover consumable parts such as rollers, belts, fuses, and sensors subject to wear and tear, or damages caused by misuse, improper handling, power fluctuations, unauthorized repairs, or physical damage. Warranty service is provided on a carry-in basis; units must be delivered to Cassida Middle East Service Center in Dubai for inspection and repair. Warranty coverage starts from the invoice date and applies only to products purchased from Cassida Middle East.
